ABOUT ME
Hello, I am Tom,
Welcome to my little place on the internet.
I have always loved the water and previously I've owned boats on the River Thames.
In late July 2025 I decided to buy a kayak and this site documents all my adventures and things I have learnt along the way.
I am based near the source of the River Thames at Lechlade and a lot of my adventures occur close to or on the Thames.
More often than not I am joined by my paddling buddy Allen. Allen is retired and is loving his new hobby.
I enjoy helping other people and sharing my trips on this site.
